Update 9/30/22
COVID-19 Business Updates
We still recommend you still wear a mask for your appointment. However, it is to the therapists discretion. If you prefer your therapist wear a mask please let them know. If you do not have one available, we will provide one for you. Again, if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID or illnesses, reschedule/cancel your appointment.
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes for your appointment. The door will be locked while we are cleaning and setting up for the next client. NO guests allowed other than care takers. NO Face massages unless you have a specific issue such as TMJ/Sinus headache. We do not accept any walk-ins for appointments.
Because massage therapy work involves maintained touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19.
Stay safe and healthy!

Update 5/14/21
Update! With the announcement from DeWine relaxing the mandates, all of our COVID-19 safety protocols WILL continue to remain the same until further notice. So please wear your mask in our facility and continue to use caution even if you are vaccinated for the safety of our clients and therapists.
Update 11/20/20
The holidays are upon us and it’s that time of year to start thinking about the gifts we will purchase for our family and friends. Because we are still taking proper precautions with the Covid outbreak, we will not be offering walk-ins for gift certificates this year. Unless you are here for a massage, please purchase gift certificates online. Or schedule a time with one of therapists to come in.
Update 05/18/2020
I want to start off by thanking you all for supporting us during this trying time. We have truly missed you all so much.
As follows there will be new policies set in place at our studio. Some will be temporary measures while others will remain in place for the foreseeable future.
We will keep you updated as and when things change.
The following policies will be in effect immediately upon reopening:
- Please sanitize your hands when entering the facility
- We kindly request that all clients wear face masks when entering the building. If you do not have one available, we will do our best to provide you with a cloth face mask if available.
- Do not enter if you are symptomatic. Please call and reschedule.
- Massage Therapists will be wearing face masks at all times during your visit.
- Temperatures will be taken before your session with a no contact thermometer. Any client with a temperature at or above 99.9 degrees will be required to reschedule.
- Massage Therapists will have their temperatures taken daily following the same above standards.
- Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
- If you or a family member is sick or have been exposed to COVID-19 please notify us ASAP to cancel your appointment.
- All clients will be notified if their perspective Massage Therapist is sick or exhibiting signs of illness.
- We will be limiting the number of clients and massage sessions per day to allow for extra time for cleaning in between sessions. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
- Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your appointment so we can properly disinfect in between clients. Or wait in your car until your appointment.
- Cash will still be accepted. However, we ask when possible to please pay with Debit / Credit card to limit possible transmissions. Or prepay before your appointment. We will be happy to send you an invoice prior to your appointment.
Temporary Restrictions in effect:
- NO Minors
- High-risk clients. (If you are considered high risk, immunocompromised, or have underlying issues that put you at a higher risk of catching COVID-19) Please speak to your doctor and have them clear you for massage.
- NO guests allowed other than care takers. Social distancing between client and caretaker will be observed as best as possible.
- NO Face massages unless you have a specific issue such as TMJ
Because massage therapy work involves maintained touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19.
I know some of this may sound extreme, but it is better to be safe than sorry later. We would love to get back to business as usual but unfortunately that is not the case currently.
We appreciate you so much and look forward to see you again!
